We have years of experience in this area and our survey projects range
from simple area measurement to complex 3D modelling using CAD.
Our Service
We provide clients with measured building Floor Plans, Elevations and
Sections of all aspects of a building or structure.
With approximately 25% of our workload dedicated to producing measured building surveys, space planning and visualizations. We aim to provide a professional, high quality and personal service to clients.
Floor plans can be provided to suit the client's requirements.
Elevations range from basic 'right of light' type elevations to high accuracy ones. We can incorporate as much or little detail as is required by the client, from a simple elevation indicating position of doors and windows, to a more detailed commission showing each individual brick.

final use of the survey and level of detail to solve the problem. This
ensures that the client only pays for the work that is required for your

Survey
Surveys can be provided in a range of hard-copy and digital formats to
suit the clients needs. For example, we can provide plots on paper as
well as CAD data on digital media or by email.
Technology
PWM uk will only use Leica total stations, levels and Disto's, which ensures
compatibility, continuity and effectiveness. Leica is well-known for producing
first-class and technically superior equipment.
